I, a citizen and voter of the Commonwealth of Virginia, applaud the Department of Election and the State Board of Elections for their revisions to Virginia's Voter Registration form. Far too often, qualified voters are disenfranchised because of technical issues with the voter registration form. The proposed changes are an important step to addressing this problem. I strongly support the proposed changes and hope members of the State Board of Elections will ratify them following the public comment period.
