Overstepping OUR Virginia Constitution - STOP IT

The changes the Virginia Board of Elections is proposing to our voter registration form are illegal.  Refer to Article II Section 2 and also to Code 24.2-418 in reference to what our Virginia Constitution says in relation to voter registration laws.  The registrants have to be asked if they are a United States citizen, if they have been convicted of a felony, and if they ever have been adjudicated to have a mental incapacity AND under what circumstances the applicant's right to vote has been restored.  These are questions that are MANDATORY to be answered by the applicant - period.  These laws within our Virginia Constitution were written and passed for a reason and for the Virginia Board of Elections to try to ignore them is unlawful - period.
