this proposal violates long-established and basic tenets of the U.S. And Virginia Constitutions, as well as every intent of the founders.  This is a blatant attempt to give illegals the vote.  As a multi-racial family and husband of a naturalized citizen who did it the right and legal way, I am absolutely opposed to this under the table effort to give the vote to illegals and felons.
