In Virginia, voter registration forms are often rejected because of incomplete fields. For example, right now if you don't check that you will be 18 before the election your form can be rejected...even though you also have to list your date of birth. 

I support The State Board of Elections revising its policy so that if you are an eligible voter, but forget to check a box like that on the form, your form is not rejected.
