Do not change voter registration form where questions regarding US Citizenship and whether or not they have a felony are in the fine print.  Voting is for responsible US citizens -- not illegals or felons.  Those who are not US citizens have no business voting for candidates or other items on ballots.  Felons have lost their privilege by their actions.
