DO NOT ADOPT THIS CHANGE.   I strongly disagree with changing the current voter registration form.  It is clear in its present form as to who can register, and who cannot..  I do not want people who are inelibigle to vote, to register to vote.  The present form ensures that ONLY qualified people are allowed to register.
