To remove the requirement to affirm that you are a LEGAL voter is typical of today's Democrat Party.  They lack morals and do not support the Constitution of the United States.  Because of this, our counrty is disintegrating from the inside and is allowing our enemies to take advatage of our weakness.  The Rev. Franklin Graham is correct.
