The voter registration form for Virginia should be left alone.  The current form meets the letter of the law.  I'm especially concerned that applicants have check boxes to affirm U.S. citizenship, lack of felony convictions and the absence of any legal mental competency ruling.  Elimination of checkboxes will increase the number of registrants that do not meet the requirements to vote and accountability if they are found out will be diminished if they have not had to state they were unqualified in the application process.
