Those in positions of responsibility should first DO NO HARM. 

The existing voter application for voter registration is clear and understandable as it pertains to the question of voter eligibility for reasons of citizenship and residency. 

The questions as to an applicant's citizenship in the United States of America should remain on any revised form. 

Any attempt to minimize or depreciate citizenship with regards to the franshise constitutes being an accessory to a fraud. That is an actionable offense.
