How is it even possible for the unelected members of the State Board of Elections can dictate changes to the Commonwealth's election laws contrary to the legislation from the elected General Assembly?  It appears that SBE has been coopted by a political party that works actively to disenfranchise its citizens, especially members of the  military serving overseas, while empowering lawbreakers to get its desired outcome.  Flooding the voter ranks with noncitizen criminals makes SBE accessories to fraud.  If the sanctity of the ballot box is not protected then anarchy takes its place and civil society no longer exists.  You'd best think long and hard before pursuing this act of treachery
