Voting a privilege not a right.  Eligible Citizens only.  Follow the law.  Only GEneral Assembly has right to make laws.  Your job as an employee hired to do a simple job is to follow them, not make it easier for people to skirt them or disobey them or ignore them.  Can we have one honest area left in the government, please.  Voter fraud must be stopped, not encouraged.
