PLEASE don't allow folks to skip answering certain questions on the voter registration form!  Voter fraud has to be STOPPED - NOT encouraged, and that's just what this idea will do!  One of the greatest privileges of living in the USA is SUPPOSED to be free AND HONEST elections.  Why would you make that harder?!?!!
