It is not hard to be a Virginia voter - be a Virginia citizen, a U.S. citizen and not a felon....I have no problem showing an ID card, proving I am a Virginia citizen as well as a U.S. citizen.  How can this be an ADMINISTRATIVE matter when in the United States you must be a U.S. citizen to vote and in Virginia you can't be a felon (unless your rights to vote have been restored).  This proposal just addes illegals (non-VA/U.S. citizens and non-restored felons to the voter pool) this must not happen!!!!
