I have a comment on the Remove requirement that initial training courses have to be taken in a classroom setting.

I do not agree with the Fast Track that was used to make this change, the Regular Track should have been used. Home Inspectors did not have the option to make suggestions and comment during the formulation of this change. This will not work unless DPOR evaluates all of the Distance Learning Companies that want their product to be used.

This change needs further discussion that can only be accomplished with the Regular process.
