I am totally discussed to have a state government that would even possibly think this is legal or not totally discriminatory/degrading again woman. . This is a direct discrimination against women. Our current State government is made up of the most extreme right winged politicians in the country. WOMAN WAKE UP. YOU ARE ALLOWING MEN TO DOMINATE YOU AS IF IT WAS THE 1800's. I am embarrassed to be in the state where we are NOT equal and men can determine our future. IF TARP goes into effect then ALL medical facilities yes including plastic surgery, urologist... who do any procedures should be under the same ridiculous scrutiny. I will vote to get these chauvinistic right winged so called men out of office. Pretty soon we will be walking paces behind men if McDonald and Cuccinelli stay in office much more.  Shame on Virginia and any woman who voted for McDonald or Cuccinelli.
