My name is Joi Chisholm-Thaxton and I am the Director of Education at Harbor Point Behaivoral Health Center in Portsmouth, VA.  Harbor Point offers hope and healing to youth with several psyhiatric diagnoses and developmental disabilities.  We are an accredited member of VAISEF.  I agree with the position submitted by VAISEF and believe that their vision is instrumental in assisting private schools who support students with disabilities.
