Family with 3 Disabled tenagres

We are family with 3 disabled teenaged children, 19, 17, and 12, they were getting 56 hours per week 8 hours per day 7 days each child,

Starting last November all of those hours were taken away, now each child gets 2.5 hours per day, appeals were filled and nothing changed, since hours were taken away it is chaos in family because no one wants to work for 2.5 hours a day and it is all burden on family,

Mother has to go through major surgery but she is not scheduling that because there is no one to take care of 3 disabled children, one can imagine how hard it is to take care of even one person but having 3 means, mother and father has Zero social life and can't take care of their own health, they are very heavy, use diapers 5-6 times a day, they crawl, they want to sit on sofa, they need to stand on Standar, walk in gait trainer, put AFos on off quit few times a day, managning their medications time to time,

This is out of imagination, i can't find words to further explain our situation, what we go through every day and night, Mother has serious health conditions, father has severe depression disorder, how our day by day goes on words are too small to express,
