I am opposed to the 56 hour cap per week.  I have an adult disabled daughter with needs that continuously change and 56 hours per week does not meet.  Please do not cut the hours.  You have no idea what caring for a disabled adult completely entails if you don’t have to experience it.  So, again, please don’t cut the hours.
