Service facilitators are very important to relieve the amount of paperwork and constant policy changes that parents like us can never have a peace of mind or keep up with.  The challenges that parents go through only ones with similar situations can understand can emphasize. Removing supports and constant changes of these policies are not the answers. They only make lives more complicated and not easier.
