I strongly oppose this due to many factors I believe are not being accounted for. This system is in place to care for individuals who need the care without having the necessary resources and support that is required! This is lacking so much thought. This proposal already damages and worsens those who are less fortunate by further limiting their support. Please reconsider and consider the wellbeing of your constituents!
