I am writing to voice my strong opposition to phasing out service facilitators and the 56-hour cap. Decision-makers need to engage with the real-life impacts of this policy instead of relying strictly on numbers on a page. Ultimately, this proposal will neither cut costs nor improve care.  I support the comments from The Arc of Northern Virginia.
