Please consider how difficult it is for families trying to get valuable access to care before making this decision.   Families of children with disabilities need service facilitator who care about what is best for individuals; service facilitators understand what families of with disabilities go through themselves because they have experienced it first hand with their family members.  Please do not make this change.  It is not in the beat interest of the disabled.
