I strongly would like to keep the service facilitator.  I am the client and the EOR and the service facilitator has helped me navigate these positions significantly.  She has helped me understand the CCC waiver and what I need to be able to keep my waiver because I have a stage 4 sore and need care for my health. The service facilitator helped me navigate through the paperwork of being able to get my husband on board as being my caretaker because I felt they safest with him. Service facilitators are very knowledgeable and help the process of getting on a waiver as well as keeping a waiver.  I would like the decision makers to strongly decide to keep the service facilitator because things just flow better. We know who to ask for questions and they always know how to get the answer.
