This following comment is a personal comment and does not reflect the opinion or input from my current employer - - Regarding Programmatic Oversight: Page 10; proposed bullet 'I', notes "Programmatic Oversight can be approved for up to $30,000 per qualifying staff, with a maximum total of $120,000 per program".  However, there is a maximum of 2 programmatic oversight staff allowable at up to $30,000 per qualifying staff, which would total a maximum of $60,000 per program.  Also, consider if this is per specific program or per provider, as this doesn't seem clear in the literature.
