Enshrining bias into Virginia state law is a unforgivable precedent.  If you change the word "transgender" to a religious creed, skin color, or nationality, these discriminatory bills would be seen as the blatant bigotry they are.  Letting trans athletes compete harms no one and there is zero evidence that it does. No one should face discrimination because of who they are. Trans people have always been here, and always will be here.  Trans people are less than 1% of the population and are unfairly being targeted in every level of government right now. Trans people deserve legal protection, and deserve the same human rights that the rest of us take for granted.
