Page 4, indicates it’s not an ongoing service…SMI can be episodic, persistent, chronic and complex…requires time and reinforcement of interventions.  Please consider the nature of serious mental illness and emotional disturbance as a condition that needs more support and services that would go beyond 4-12 months to meet treatment goals.
