The proposed CPST model drastically removes much needed services from an already underserved population. Removing services, especially as drastically as proposed (over 80% reduction) will cause folks with SMHI to greatly struggle and most likely become unstable which greatly increases risk of job loss, increased substance use, hospitalizations and much worse.
