Other than comments I'm reading, what are the changes and/or fee incresses? Is our great commonwealth more than doubling our fees? This tactic will only increas the number of unliscensed hairstylists operating out of their homes, since this recession has put so many salons out of business. Please explain to us what is going on, so our comments can be constructive.
