Telehealth

Telehealth was found more useful during the pandemic and it needs to continue to be a option for everyone, especially those that are critically ill or have disabilities that put them at risk. Service Facilitation should also be allowed to be performed via telehealth. Families would appreciate the allowance of visits to be performed via telehealth as this is a safe and convenient method of performing their visits. Telehealth with an in-person visit requirement similar to what is allowed for case management would have a positive impact on those families in meeting their scheduling needs as well as help with the staffing shortages that are being seen in all areas of the workforce across the state. Thank you for taking these comments and concerns into consideration.
