I support any type of analysis, data gathering but most importantly, let's talk to the watermen out there.  Heck. They have a tremendous amount of data in their heads, that science will not find.  I have been a waterman, and continue to be a steward of the fisheries.  Let's go after it now, not wait until it is too late.  Postponing studies is WORTHLESS to issues that need IMMEDIATE attention, for BOTH sides.
