I strongly support this petition. Atlantic menhaden is the keystone species that osprey depend on during the nesting season. If we don't do something to protect these fish, the numbers of osprey will significantly decline. Menhaden populations shouldn't continue to decline just to satisfy a few fishermen. Allowing the population to recover will benefit those fishermen and the osprey population that depends on them.
