I work in the lower Chesapeake Bay, and have witnessed several massive bycatch fish kills. Bull Redfish being the major one. Omega consistently catches way over their annual limit. All fish in the Chesapeake Bay suffer, and the numbers of game fish have been steadily decreasing. Recreational fishermen get penalized by having size and limit regulations changed, due to the dwindling numbers from no bait fish. I'm going through and reading comments in this petition, and am sickened by what people are writing, who do not support this petition. "It's a way of life in Reedville" is not a good excuse. They're the reason why the entire fish population is suffering in the Chesapeake Bay. It's time for change. I highly support this petition.
