After the new Regulations come out , it  is very vital  that all Inspectors are trained knowing same rules, and not what they think.

For example if you have an inspector for years telling you one thing, then you get assign another saying no that is not the way, plus still give you a voliation  for not knowing. It would be great if everyone was on the same page.
