Such policies and procedures shall describe how records will be kept confidential and secure. 

Chapter 781-50 A requires staff and children's records to be treated confidentially. A written procedure describing " how" is not needed. This also allows for flexibility in process without going through an administrative overhaul of the policy first. A licensing inspector can determine if the standard is being met during their visits.
