Can the verbiage be updated to require that additional documentation of the child's name, name of the product, date and time of use and reapplication, adverse reactions, and any application errors only be required for our youngest children (infants and preschoolers)? Concerns surround the time away from quality supervision for documentation purposes for products that parents have already authorized the use of. Many school aged children are able to express concerns about products (if any) and they can often apply it themselves. Please allow providers to continue to use parent authorized products without this level of detailed documentation on every single application (except for those infant and preschool age children).
