I fully support Petition 401.  I believe there needs to be continued evaluation of the menhaden population and effects fishing have had on other species (especially osprey) that depend on the fish.   I am strongly in favor of limited fishing for menhaden until it is clear the population supports other wildlife.   I am in favor of even more limited restrictions on menhaden harvest than those established in the petition.
