With decreasing stocks of Atlantic Menhaden directly proportional to decreasing Striped Bass populations and actively witnessing the decline of both in the lower Bay over the past several years. I stand in support of this Petition to do all we can to foster the health of these fisheries in the Chesapeake estuary.
