I think the most frustrating part here is to see proposals call for tighter regulations, but in the same breath,  also ask for the funding and oversight of research to investigate the level of Menhaden depletion and if there is an impact on the Bay...

You are essentially looking to lay down the law before enough data has been gathered  to make an informed decision. Present the facts before you regulate an entire industry into the ground! I do not support this petition.
