says to follow Virginia Code 22.1-271.2

That code is written for public schools and children already of age to have received the majority of their immunizations.  How will that apply to infants?  I see where they code shows that if they need more than 2 hep b vaxs that they will be conditionally enrolled for 180 days (6 months)  How will this be enforced?

The current standard is every 6 mos for children until 2 and then once before Kindergarten.  What will the new standard specifically require?
