I support reducing and/or eliminating the harvesting of menhaden(and the bycatch) in order to improve the Chesapeake Bay fishing stock. We continue to see our fisheries degraded from over harvesting and closing the Omega harvesting would have a tremendously important impact on our overall marine environment. 

I have lived near and fished the bay for the past 55 years and I am extremely concerned about the current wellbeing of this precious resource!
