I am in full support of adding the proposed species to the Noxious Weed list.  This will be a much-needed step towards protecting our native ecosystems and natural resources.

There are also many other species that should be considered for listing in the future, including but not limited to English Ivy (Hedera helix), Nandina (Nandina domestica), and Japanese stiltgrass (Microstegium vimineum), which are all scourges on our ecosystems.  Let's be courageous and show that we care about the land.
