I have worked in a state that has steadily increased pharmacist:tech ratios from 1:2 to 1:6.  I do not believe the state of Virginia needs to increase the pharmacist:tech ration beyond 1:4 . The state of Virginia needs to pass regulations/legislation that forces retail pharmacies to actually have more pharmacist hours and more pharmacist overlap.
