I am very distressed that the governor wants to take Virginia out of the RGGI. The effects of climate change are very clear here in the Hampton Roads area. And the proceeds from the sale of carbon emissions credits has been beneficial to our area and its citizens. I will be voting in November with this bad decision in mind.
