I am completely against withdrawal from this program that citizens of this state approved, and I feel that our governor has no legal right to take us out of this program. It has been highly beneficial to us and we should not have to spend more of our tax money to pay for this when it is providing money to help with the cost of environmental problems occurring here, when we have a successful agreement to cover some of the costs. If he cannot follow the desires of his constituents, he should be put out of office, since he cannot serve another term. We need a governor who listens to his citizens needs and legally approved programs.
