Withdrawal from the RGGI is a classic example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. Governor Youngkin is acting on an ideological basis, not a rational, what is good for the people basis. The cost of not participating will be far greater than staying in the RGGI. Stop this nonsense, and listen to the people of Virginia. The sheer majority of us do not want to end participation in the RGGI.
