Why are you even considering leaving the RGGI????? What negatives has it brought Virginia?????? Giving money to help VA set up policies and infrastructure to fight flooding and land loss in low-lying areas (and I'm one of those), relook at our part in global warming, bring education to all Virginians on the plan, etc. What's not to love????? Please stop the partisan nonsense!!!!!!
