I have lived in Hampton Roads for over 30 years. I have witnessed significant changes to our environment from when I moved here.   We no longer need a Nor'easter or a hurricane to wreak havoc in our area. A simple rain can cause severe flooding, accidents and damage to homes and the environment.  Please reconsider removing the Commonwealth from RGGI.  That would not be doing what's best for Virginia, it ensure more flooded communities, more extreme weather, more global warming and rising seas. This would be detrimental to what little progress that has been made to Virginia's environmental future. Please do the right thing.  Thank you.
