Legislatively approved RGGI must be legislatively approved to be remove. RGGI provides much needed monetary support in excess of half a billion dollars, and no alternative funding is being proposed to equal or exceed this RGGI monetary benefit. Should an equally beneficial alternative to RGGI be proposed and supported/approved legislatively than I would consider supporting that alternative, but as of yet the current administration has not put forth a viable alternative and it seeks to remove a lawful existing benefit from Virginians without legislative approval.  Governmental action that tries to bypass the will of the majority and bypass the legislative process must not be allowed.
