RGGI is good for the citizens of Virginia.  RGGI means better air quality.  Alternative energy sources are cheaper than fossil fuel energy.  Cheaper energy means more affordable heating, cooling and power for Virginians.  It also means green manufacturing jobs, STEM jobs and opportunities for young people hoping to stay in Virginia.  RGGI is good for Virginians.

Unless you're a Fat Cat.  Then billowing smokestacks mean billions in their bank accounts.  Rising tides, eroding beaches, higher fuel prices, shorter life spans.  Who cares, say the Fat Cats.

The plan to take Virginia out of the RGGI is a gift to the Fat Cats and puts more hardship on Virginia and it's citizens.  Keep RGGI for Virginia's future and progress.
