The Virginia General Assembly didn't repeal our Community Flood Preparedness Act, so that makes Glenn Youngkin's withdrawal from RGGI an illegal act. Since it is illegal to withdraw Virginia from RGGI, Virginia agencies and courts must stop the current Governor from breaking the law and hold him accountable for endangering the good citizens of our Commonwealth! If we ever get a Governor who cares about the health and safety of Virginia citizens, people like me can breath a sigh of relief, but until then, we must insist that Virginia remain in RGGI in order to participate in these effective measures to control harmful emissions. Protect Virginia & our Nation by remaining in RGGI.
